RETURNS

• We only accept returns if the product is damaged, or sent in error on our part.
• Returns must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order.

REFUNDS

• Refunds are only issued if Grimetudio is at fault for damaged or wrong items.
• Refunds will be processed back to the  original payment method.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

• Grimestudio reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason.
• If your order is canceled, you will be fully refunded.
